If you have a look at the gorgeous paint on the back of this laptop, you will think of it as some sci-fi movie gadget. The device gives the impression of its predecessor, the G50.

USP (unique selling point) the G60 is its 16-inch widescreen, which boasts a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. In addition, the laptop gets its power from the Intel Core2 Quad processor. Around 1TB of storage space by the dual hard drives and the4GB DDR3 RAM makes it stand alone or tall among other laptops.

The GeForce GTX 260M graphics card with 1GB RAM of its own promises to provide a better performance. The connectivity alternatives of the laptop also come with SATA, HDMI, FireWire and four USB connections. It is also integrated with Blu-ray drive, 2mp webcam and speakers from Altec Lansing. Its Turbo button lets you overclock the CPU while there is intense gaming sessions.

The Asus G60 gaming laptop is slated to be rolled out in September with the price tag of around £1,500.
