War seems to be on for the tech-giants in the tech-world. They look to be competing to offer more than each other. That is why; earlier launch of Samsung left many of mobile world giants envied.
It is like neighbors envy and company’s pride. Anyways, following the leads of Samsung’s Pixon, a 12-megapixel camera phone, Nokia has also decided to roll out a 12 megapixel phone, reports Slashgear.
According to the grapevine, Nokia’s 12-megapixel camera phone will be included with an optical zoom instead of the traditional digital zoom. Besides, it is Carl Zeiss, which will provide lens for the camera. Further specs of the phone are still behind the curtain, it is yet to be revealed.
The optical zoom built-in by Nokia will surely and soundly provide the phone an extra benefit. But, Nokia still has not given any word as to this.
The phone is expected to be named as Nokia N98. Plus, it is slated to be showcased in Mobile World Congress in February 2010. With the launch of this phone, there will be a lot of competition for certain well-known high-end camera phones.
There is still a mystery as to the pricing details of the phone, but it is certain cost you a fortune.
